DISCLAIMERS

"Appointment deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The reason for deposits is to help ensure those who schedule will keep their appointment and not cancel or "no-show."  It hurts our business when customers do not show up. Thank you. 

Extra charge for extreme condition, including pet hair.

Extreme Condition" charge is $50-$250 depending on the condition. 

We do not guarantee that all stains will come out.

Extreme Conditions are defined as follows
-Heavy soil, pet hair, mold, hay, bark dust, vomit, feces, urine, heavy spills/odor, smoke smell, sand, paint over spray, heavy tar, heavy sap, road paint overs pray, excessive scratches on exterior paint, etc... 

$95 an hour labor rate aside from the initial detail charge. 

We do work with insurance companies.
